Cancellation: We regret to inform you that we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Kindly review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Refund: We do not offer refunds for products purchased. However, if you receive a damaged product, we will be happy to replace it. Please follow the process outlined below for damaged items.

Damaged Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send an email to support@bitaminnaturals.com with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Description of the damage
  • Clear photos of the damaged product

Our customer support team will review your case and, if the damage is verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
